All orders are made to order by hand in our production facility with the upmost of care and attention to detail.
We will always do our best to ensure fastest possible production and delivery.
Shipping times refer to time in transit after the piece completes production and leaves our factory – Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
RETURN AND CANCELLATION
For fully custom/bespoke pieces we can’t accept cancellation or returns after payment due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. All sales are final once placed on site. If your piece is faulty or has any error, of course we can accept a replacement for you.
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 7 days from the day of tracked delivery to let us know via email at email@example.com and we will deliver a replacement free of charge.
